As a chief estimator responsible for quantity takeoffs, estimating, construction coordination, sub-trade management, monitoring current construction trends and marketing, Kim has successfully demonstrated her ability to expedite projects and tenders effectively. Her communication and coordination skills reinforce the "team approach" that IMC possesses.

Kim is a graduate of Mohawk College and has a diploma in Architectural Technology. She is s a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (OIQS) and is designated Professional Quantity Surveyor(PQS). She has achieved Gold Seal Certified status.
